What Guests Are Saying

C & C RV Park offers a convenient location near restaurants, groceries, and major roads, making it ideal for overnight stays or longer visits. Reviewers appreciate the spacious, clean RV spots and easy access to attractions like the Okefenokee Swamp and Amelia Island. However, there are significant concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the bathhouses, inconsistent water pressure, and poor customer service.

Honest Review – Would Not Stay Again

First off, the bathhouses are absolutely disgusting and clearly not cleaned on a regular basis—maybe once a week at best.

* Shower #1 was filled with bugs
* Shower #2 had almost no water pressure
* Shower #3 had good pressure, but the toilet was consistently filthy—feces on the commode every time

Trash is rarely emptied, and there has been toilet paper scattered around for over a week like no one maintains it at all.

The showers themselves are poorly designed: concrete floors, no shower curtains, and towel hooks placed so close to the water that everything gets soaked. There’s also no proper ventilation. There’s a 2+ inch gap under the door, making it easy for bugs, spiders, and possibly even snakes to get in. That alone should tell you everything about the upkeep.

I cannot stress enough how unsanitary these bathrooms are.

Most of the people here appear to be long-term residents. I rarely see overnight travelers.

I’m here for work and counting down the days until I leave.

Packages & Deliveries:
If you plan to stay here long-term, do NOT order from Amazon. Deliveries go to the owner’s business next door, not your site; even with SPECIFIC DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS. Office hours are unclear, and no one answers the phone. I had packages held for two days—even after calling and leaving work early to pick them up—no one was there. Save yourself the headache and use a The UPS Store instead if you do decide this is your only option.

Customer Service:
Nonexistent. Emails go unanswered, and getting someone on the phone is nearly impossible.

Grounds & Sites:
This is basically a gravel lot with overgrown weeds. Nothing more. When I arrived, there was dog waste all over my site. Be prepared to treat your area for ants and roaches.

Water Pressure:
Extremely inconsistent—seems capped around 40–45 PSI. My on-demand water heater wouldn’t even recognize it. I get better pressure using my onboard tank.

Check-In Info:
I never received any email confirmation, bathhouse code, or Wi-Fi info. I had to get it from another resident.

Yes, it served its purpose while I’m working in town—but barely. And given my line of work, I rely on bathhouse facilities, which made this experience significantly worse.

There is another RV park directly across the road—go there instead.

We enjoyed this nice RV Park for a few nights in the area. Shower and laundry facilities. Simple Park but functional for our needs. Close to restaurants, groceries, gas, and main roads/Interstate.

This is a great park for a nightly stop over or even longer stays. Easy to get in and out of the park, the spots are large and long. Close to gas, food and groceries and several points of interest and sightseeing like the Okefenokee swamp, Amelia Island, Fort Clinch state park and Fernandina Beach. This is a new park so we were the only campers there but we liked the quiet and felt quite safe. It has nice showers, bathrooms and laundry. We will definitely stay here again on our trips up the east coast. Also try Steffans for breakfast food was delicious!

This new park is very clean with large RV spots. The location is perfect with many restaurants close by to choose from and is located minutes off of I95.
