While we were renting this cabin, there were people walking all over and around the property. When I told some of them that we were renting that property and asked them to give us space, one lady told me that she wasn’t going into the cabin and that it was public land and that they could walk wherever they wanted around it. So incredibly RUDE!! Maybe there needs to be a fenced off portion to allow for a semblance of privacy?
Also, some animal got into the house through the cabinets in the kitchen and ate through a bag of food we had in a crate and shredded some papers in another crate. Thankfully it didn’t go into any of the bedrooms where people were sleeping. Unsettling to wake up to, however.
The surrounding scenery is breathtaking and I would go back if I had my camper or even a tent to stay in.

We spent 5 nights here, over the 4th of July. We loved it! The cabin was in great shape, lots of firewood in the basement. Loved the areas, had some great hikes and seen lots of Deer in the water during the nights and mornings. We did get a lot of visitors, which was expected being it a holiday weekend, but everyone was super nice.

Cute cabin that meets all basic needs. Serene location. Be bear aware for sure and bring plenty of water.

Another delightful and relaxing time at the cabin. They did some minor upgrades, the most notable is having curtains in the rooms! They are adorable. There wasn't a lot of activity when we were there but we didn't arrive til evening on Sunday and Monday wasn't very busy at all. There were new games that other guests must've gifted. Overall, another electronic free experience. Looking forward to next year. Hopefully they restock the wood, as it is getting low.

Lots of visitors during our 7 day rental. 50+ on one day. Both tours and individuals. Planning on bringing a barrier to let folks know it's a rental... maybe a sign?
Still fun and plan to return.
