This is one of my favorite places to reserve. The only downside is all the ATV riders that come down to the cabin that can be kind of loud and obnoxious. But the location and scenery are worth it.

Clean and spacious. Good fishing (Brook Trout), beautiful location. Had a young black bear visit but was easily run off. Very active with daily visitors.

Wonderful experience at the cabin in late May. The cabin was in the most beautiful setting with the spring coming out from the mountain directly next to it. Mule deer spent the mornings and evenings out in the spring. The cabin was well maintained but the roads were not. Our Land Rover made it without issue, but had we not had it or another Jeep-like vehicle, we wouldn't have been able to reach the cabin due to the water crossings. In four nights, we only had 3 other vehicles make it back to the cabin. In the surrounding area, we found elk, moose, sandhill cranes, and Osprey. We will book this cabin anytime we are in the area!
