Macks Creek Campground offers a beautiful and scenic location with great access to water activities and well-maintained facilities. Many visitors appreciate the friendly camp hosts, clean environment, and enjoyable experiences with family and friends. While some reviews mention the need for improved restroom facilities and occasional noise from other campers, overall, guests express a strong desire to return for future visits.

My kids and I went, it was their first time camping and I was hoping for a family friendly spot and this was great! We got a site right near a beach that the kids spent the next two days at nonstop. Perfect spot to go lake camping!

Site #13 had a good amount of shade through out the day. The parking space is directly near the site which was nice. There are 12 semi-steep stairs to haul your items down to the site and back up when leaving. Good view of the lake and near the kids beach area. The rest rooms were clean and they provided trash bags to haul out your trash as well. We did have some racoons visit the camp at night.

Mack's Creek is the perfect place for our entire family. We enjoy camping, paddling on our paddle boards, and boating on Lucky Peak reservoir. The beach area is perfect for the little kids to play in the sand.

It would be awesome if the boats would keep off the camping ramps especially if those people didn't reserve a camping spot.
