Our campsite was on the St. Joe river. It was very quiet people were floating down the river. We put our camp chairs in the river and sat for hours. We will be back.

Visitors appreciate the beautiful setting by the St. Joe River, and the campground is noted as a great location for outdoor activities like fishing and cycling. While some guests mentioned issues with noise from logging trucks and rising costs, the overall experience remains overwhelmingly positive, encouraging many to return.

The camp hosts do an excellent job of keeping the campground well manicured and clean. Especially the bathroom facilities and garbages!

I have ben going to Huckleberry for about 10 years. Each trip is better than the last. The hosts were wonderful. The campground and all the amenities are great. If I were to grade the hosts I would not hesitate to give them a 10 out of 10. If I have one gripe it is the power. At times our power fell below 108 volts. When that happens we would lose power until it improves. Other than that a terrific campground.

Reservations were made easy by your staff. The web site was impossible to use in scheduling our reservations. We really appreciated the help we got on the phone

Campground was in tip-top shape due to campground hosts. Bathroom were as clean as any I have seen and grass was mowed. Campground hosts can make or break the campground experience and this couple is worth their weight in gold. I made sure to complement them on the cleanliest of the campground and bathroom.

This was our first visit to this particular campground and we loved it! beautiful place right on the St. Joe and the campground and facilities were extremely clean and well kept. I think this is one of Idaho's best and we will be back again several more times this year.
