This is a wonderful campsite on the Peace Creek. It’s at the end of the campground, so you have some quiet from other camper. If you are a tent camper this site is a bit of walk to the pit toilet, but I wouldn’t let that scare you! This site lacks shade during the day. Make sure you bring shade or be at the pool in the afternoon. It’s close to the river and even in August temps dipped down to the 30’s. Afterall it is Idaho! The pool at Silver Creek Plunge is an added bonus, and Cindy and Sean are lovely camp hosts.

Very family friendly, quiet and really cool if you get a waterfront campground.
The creek is crystal clear, has fish in it and adds to the serenity when you sleep.
The hot springs were clean, friendly, welcoming and a big hit with the kids.

We loved this campground! We stayed at site U28. This site did not have direct access to the creek and was up against the road. Super fun with kids and will definetely be back next year. Just a warning, the road up is very bumpy with steep drops. We definetly thought it was worth the drive!

Campground is a 10! Beautiful and well kept! HOWEVER, getting there is a nightmare. The worst 15 mi of my life. Potholes and washboard that rattled our camper terribly. The tv came off the wall.
Unfortunately, we probably won’t go back unless the road is greatly improved. Too bad to, the area is beautiful.
