This group site is so amazing! It's secluded from the rest of the campground and on a dead end road so it's just you and your group up there on the knoll overlooking the lake. Individual sites were great size options for various campers and tents and family sizes. Group fire ring was great with movable picnic tables for eating together. Campground signage about it being a reserved group site could be better as people do drive in to see if there are sites and we even had one site poacher stay one night after arriving late. The trail down to the lake is beautiful and we appreciated that we could also drive down and park by the lake for those with little kids.

There was no shade most of the day so I would bring a gazebo, but otherwise a great spot. There is a big hill to get to the lake, but it was not too busy. There is a beautiful view overlooking the lake. I would go back.

Beautiful campground with nice sites. Boat dock is a bonus but a bit steep to get to and from.
