Buffalo Campground in Idaho offers a beautiful, clean, and peaceful environment, with spacious sites and friendly hosts who provide exceptional service. Many reviewers appreciated the campground's well-maintained facilities, including spotless bathrooms and ample space for maneuvering RVs. While some noted noise from nearby highways and the need for better river access, the overall experience was positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

Buffalo campground is one of our favorite places to camp. Close to several locations to visit - Yellowstone National Pack , Mesa Falls and Big Springs.

A great place to stay close enough to Yellowstone to make a day trip up there. The campground was rather quiet because it was off-season. We would certainly stay there again.

It would have been helpful to know that the loops are connected. We pulled in after dark, did minimal setup for the night, and had to turn our rig around the next morning.
