Great campground right on the Big Wood River (caught 2 nice rainbows my fly rod:). about 10 minutes outside of Ketchum. Camp host was awesome. Accommodated us in a larger site since we were in a large class A towing a Jeep.

The camp host, Carl, was very helpful and accomodating. My rig was too big for the site I had reserved and he invited me to select any of the first come first serve sites for the length of my stay. He even came to the site I selected to make sure I was safely set up. Carl was most helpful.

North Fork is a great spot for exploring the Sawtooth Mountains and Craters of the Moon National Monument. The facilities are clean and well managed. The host this summer is friendly and super helpful.

The site was full, but still quiet.

Sites are large, but the tent areas on each are quite small. I have a 4-man tent and had to stomp down grasses and plants to fit.

Ketchum is very close and convenient for food and ice. Bring all of your camping supplies. I couldn’t find fuel when I ran out.
