Great campground. One of my favorites. The Harriman Trail is right at the campground. The sounds from the Big Wood river can't be beat. The hosts were very nice and doing a terrific job running the campground.

The hosts were wonderful. The Forest Service has replaced some of the gravel but failed to cut the trees away from the campground road. The campground shows neglect. Site 8 is plenty long enough but is encroached on by trees and bushes to the point that it is very difficult to park in, and it is the largest site at the campground.

Campground was clean; the camp hosts were great and took care of the campground very well. The camp hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The campground is right next to the Big Wood River and across the street from the SNRA office. There is some road noise but not much and was not bothersome. They had some larger spots that accommodate larger vehicles and a few pull through spots. Plenty of room between spots. I am staying here again in September.
