What Guests Are Saying
The Meadows RV Park offers a great location near bike paths and Ketchum, making it convenient for visitors. Recent reviews highlight issues with pricing discrepancies, cramped sites, and outdated facilities, but some guests appreciated the friendly service from staff, particularly Jennifer, and the cleanliness of the premises. While the park is undergoing renovations, guests noted that it may not meet expectations for those seeking a traditional camping experience.

We've stayed here several times in the past & the location is great. It's nothing special as far as a campground but great spot near the bike path & close to town. Never had a negative thing to say before but this last reservation, I noticed, despite their website saying they charge $2/per dog/per day on the Rates page (I verified this after I was told by the manager that the website said $25) - campspot actually charged $25/per dog - per stay. (which they do state on the receipt (after I paid!) We were only going to stay for 1 night at the end of September and this added an extra $50 for us to sleep in our own RV with our 2 small dogs in a parking lot! On top of the $82 they charge for the site! Outrageous. $140+ for 1 night! Way too many other options out there for us to waste our money. Sadly we won't ever stop here again!

WOW! This place is a dump! Looks like someone started to update and then forgot or ran out of money! Seriously! The pictures on their website are old. The sites are so close and dump, power, and water lines are on passenger side of the RV's in several sites. The tiny houses are not mentioned on the website so it is tight!!! Like the trailer park behind this place. I had to move my vehicle so the RV next to me could get out! The property was overgrown with weeds! Grass was taller! We couldn't get into the nasty bathrooms because the door knob combo would not work! Several other people witnessed this and asked us for the correct combo. DIRTY EXTERIOR! Cobwebs, bugs, etc. Look at pictures posted. Load road close by. There is no one onsite that can help with any issues! Amy who is listed in emails to us before our arrival was none existent and didn't return calls. The table at our site was rusted and falling apart! Hardly any room between spaces. NO cable tv even though the cables were hanging out of the loose box, power towers were so loose to the ground it seemed dangerous to plug in. NONE EXISTENT INTERNET! The water pressure was way way to high and my regulator couldn't lower the pressure. The RV'r next to us said the same thing. Also, several RV'rs that we met that were there for over a week said this place is a dump and they regret booking. Several people complained to us. We weren't looking for that input, it just came out in conversation. So we tried to get someone to help us onsite and finally found a number from a worker that worked for the mgmt. company a block away that really is in charge place, a mgmt. company. NOW YOU KNOW! When we contacted her with issues, she was rudd and unwilling to help at first. Said some stuff that was untrue and I reminded her of the remakes were not true. She ended up calling us back and her attitude was there but became helpful reluctantly it seemed. BTW...There is a laundry area and it's not onsite. It's a black away with no details! So Messed up! WAY WAY overpriced!!! Not a premier RV park. More like a trailer park! While I am writing this review, I now have to move my vehicle again for the next door RV'rs that are about 8 feet from us.
Lastly, Look at one of the pictures and you will see how close these pads are. The people put up a dog fence on the edge of the concrete pad that would not allow the next RV'er to get out their door. Such a dump! BEWARE!

The Meadows RV park is a good place to stay when visiting Ketchum. We will stay here again. It's better than a hotel, sleep in your own bed, and cook your own food if you prefer.
The reservation, check-in, and arrival were as easy as can be.
If you expect it to be sort of like camping, it is not. Currently, they are remodeling or reworking the park, so no grass or trees. Also, the shower/restroom needs to be bigger and updated and may be part of the remodel. However, we didn't stay here for the amenities. It was perfect for our needs.

Jennifer the office manager was AMAZING!!! She saved our whole trip after some plans changed last minute. We appreciate her so much and for being so kind to us. She couldn’t have been more welcoming and a fantastic employee. Also, the location is wonderful. We brought our bikes and were just steps away from an incredible bike path that takes you to Ketchum or Hailey. Everything was very clean on the premises and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

Initially I was impressed with how prompt the RV Park responded to my availability inquiry. She answered my initial questions with regard to availability, accommodating to the size of my trailer, hook ups and proximity to the town of Ketchum. I was not happy with the $70 per night cost and no military discount but I made the reservation and paid for the nights up front. When we arrived there was no one here who could assist us and we haven't seen anyone since. I was totally unimpressed with the size of the site and how close each trailer was to each other. You literally hook up with the neighbor trailer on one side and you literally share the space and I'm guessing the one picnic table on the neighbor on the other side. Our awnings overlapped and he was cooking partially under our awning. We spent our entire evening in our trailer - very awkward. You can see in the pics this campground has made and is making a complete transformation. The pictures on their website is not what you get. We will not be back and we do not recommend. If your looking for a good location only, then this is the place. Very disappointed.
