Camping at Emigration Campground is always great. We camp here at least once each summer. It's beautiful and has water in the creek every time we go. You won't regret camping here.

There are a bunch of nice picnic tables, and two cool spots on the ground for grilling. The fire pit has a few benches surrounding it, which was nice, and the kids loved the stream tumbling through camp. The pit toilets (two of them) were clean. The parking area had room for several campers. However, there were not very many flat places for tents -- maybe two good flat spots. There were other cleared areas, but they were not flat.
We didn't have any contact with the camp hosts, but it was nice that there was a trailer for garbage.

I love this campground. And it's close to Bear Lake. Campground is always clean and bathroom. The couple that are the Hosts are very nice , friendly. I needed a little help this last visit and the host was so kind to help me. And we like that we can take 4 wheelers there.

We love camping here and have done so for several years! Our only disappointment was the camp host had 2 dachshunds that were loose twice and charged my leashed dogs. After the second time we had to walk to the bathrooms farther away or drive to make sure this didnt happen a third time. The camp host apologized for this but if the rules say keep your animals leashed should the camp host have to abide but the rules also.
