Great place, plenty of space between campsites. Brand new fire rings, cooking platforms and poles to hang a lantern from. My only complaint is the water situation. Of the three water stations, there was only one I could could use, and just barely to put water in my camper. Two stations had no way to attach a hose, the threads were missing. The third one was set back from the road about 28 feet, I know because my 25 ft hose was to short to reach my camper. Luckily, I had a 3ft extension hose with me, and I was able to get water. The system in place is dilapidated and should have been job one in the renovation.

We loved this space! It felt private, and proximity to water was appreciated. The toilet wasn’t too far and was clean enough for what it was. When it was occupied, the next one wasn’t much further. The dark sky was excellent!

It is a nice place, clean and quit. No far from hot springs.
But it would be nice to have more prepared space for tents.

Pulled up and left- didn’t stay. This is should be a tent only campground. The way this site is situated is a shared parking, so the trailer door open directly next to the person parked in site 10.

This should be a tent only campground. Trailer met website limits, but too difficult to fit in site. Left without staying.

Dog Creek is a well maintained camp ground with easy access to Anderson Ranch Reservoir and natural hot springs on the river. Access is good into the camp ground and the vault style bathrooms are clean and kept up.
