Dog Creek campground is well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and a friendly camp host, making it a pleasant place to stay. Campsites are spacious, providing a sense of privacy, and the location offers easy access to nearby attractions and hiking trails. However, some visitors noted issues with the water supply and tight campsite arrangements, highlighting the need for improvements in these areas.

It is a nice place, clean and quit. No far from hot springs.
But it would be nice to have more prepared space for tents.

Pulled up and left- didn’t stay. This is should be a tent only campground. The way this site is situated is a shared parking, so the trailer door open directly next to the person parked in site 10.

This should be a tent only campground. Trailer met website limits, but too difficult to fit in site. Left without staying.

Dog Creek is a well maintained camp ground with easy access to Anderson Ranch Reservoir and natural hot springs on the river. Access is good into the camp ground and the vault style bathrooms are clean and kept up.

Very small campsites close together. Thankful to have brought our own toilet paper because the pit toilet had nothing but the pit, and this was the beginning of a holiday weekend.

Probably one of our favorite campgrounds. Campsites are spaced out very nice so you don’t even notice your Neighbors. Close to Pine and Featherville. Loved our visit here!

Fairly secluded campground a little ways off the highway. Friendly camp host, clean restrooms, and there are dumpsters near the entrance so you don’t have to carry trash all the way home. There are hot springs very close by, which are a huge bonus to this location.

We love Dog Creek. It's quiet and peaceful and we enjoy even though it's a very small campground that you can still reserve a spot; most other small Forest Service campgrounds in Idaho tend to be first-come sites. We liked hearing the creek from the campground and Site 2 is spacious and set off from neighboring sites.
