The camp site was very clean, we loved the showers and the beach. However, on the second to last night the campers at site 12 decided to set up camp at 11:30pm, they woke up our entire family, they partied, let dogs bark, had their phones ringing until 4:30am and there was no park ranger to enforce a sound ordinance. We ended up leaving a day early because we were so exhausted.

Our first night in the campground was interrupted by cars coming and going at late night and early morning hours (like 2:00 am). I spoke to an Army Corp of Engineer uniformed employee the next day and was told that the gate is no longer in use. Also that it was my option to call Bonner County crime prevention "if I was concerned". I do not believe that it was our responsibility to provide our own security. Gone are the paid camp hosts, which does not equate to security of the campground in any way. There is way too much unpaid usage of the showers during the night by locals that do not add to the safety factor of the campground. Though we were very satisfied with the renovated campsite, we were disappointed that the usual attention to detail and cleanliness to the entire campground and especially the bathrooms and shower space.

Renovations to camp sites enlarged the ones we were at and was a huge plus.

Clean, Quite camp ground. Washrooms are well cared for. Thank you to the campground staff! Enjoyed the beach and cove for just floating. One of our favourite campgrounds now.

Beautiful spot. Great for kids. Swimming and fishing available. Only complaint is the lack of bathrooms (one for the whole Campground)

This is a small campground with no hookups. The sites are quite small but wooded and nice. The bathrooms had showers but were not well maintained and lots of traffic through the campground, going to use the showers, especially on Friday night. Not sure who was using them but they were not staying in the campground. It was quiet after dark, except for a few four-wheelers and motorcycles that went through the camp.
