Its a clean well kept campground, very nice experience. As mentioned in other comments, there is road noise, however in a camper its not bad at all. Its also walking distance to town. So if youre just using the campground as a plave to stay while exploring North Idaho, its exactly what you want, safe, clean, and a good location.

The camp administrators were helpful with an unusual situation. The previous campers suffered a medical emergency and had to leave their rig, etc. while receiving care at the ER. There was some confusion, but everything was resolved successfully.

This is a lovely site. The Priest River is Huge and gorgeous. Could just sit and look at it for hours--and did!! Campground was just about perfect and the Hosts were very helpful and kind. Nice neighbors there and nothing was too crazy--the beach within steps nearby always had a bunch of kids playing. Lots of happiness here!

Our family camped in sites 12 and 13 which were clean and well maintained when we arrived. The campground hosts were friendly and made Checkin easy. We were disappointed in the condition of the shower facilities. Useable, but needed a more thorough cleaning.

Our pull-through campsite was a breeze to get in and out of with good shade and privacy. The bathrooms were always clean and well-stocked. We enjoyed the swimming area and boat launch, will be back next year!

The camp spot was nice. They need to be more specific on where your tents can go. They only want all your stuff on the gravel pad. It makes it a tight space when you have an RV and a tent and a car. The place was kept up well and the host were very nice. My only complaint was dogs cannot be on the beach area and not any places to take them to swim. Its says Riley Creek camp ground down the way you can but we went there and there is a dog island but no beach area for dogs to swim.

A good spot if you are wanting a day in the water, but it does not feel like you are camping. The amenities are great, free showers and dishwashing sinks, but it is right off the highway and really is more of a day use site.
