Priest River Campground offers spacious and clean sites, well-maintained facilities, and friendly hosts, making for an enjoyable camping experience. The camp host seemed really nice. The camp spot have lots of room and isn’t jammed in there like most campgrounds mostly shade. Has a very nice beach for swimming but if you have a dog you can not use it you have to use the dock area which is small and does not have a good beach only enough room for 2 small groups. We had to sit on the dock and then we were in the way of the 2 boat slips and no where to swim as there is no swimming off the dock. That is why I am giving only 3 stars.

Good spot that had showers as a nice surprise. Also excellent dish washing station that wish more recreation.gov campgrounds had.

Rangers and Hosts were friendly and informative. Couldn't have been any better. They went out of their way, above and beyond. Facilities were clean.

Like every Corp of Engineers campground I've stayed in, Priest River was neat and well maintained. Keep up the good work!

I understand they just mitigated the trees there but there is a lot of dangerous hazards with sharp tree branches sticking up all over. Otgwise glad the sites were revamped, looks good

Love this campground. It's small and doesn't have hook-ups but it's in a great spot. Bathrooms/showers were clean and hosts were friendly. See you next time!

Site 12 was the best. It’s near the playground which if you have young kids it’s perfect, while also having a beautiful view of the river. Also close walking distance to bathrooms and the waterfront. Our time there was great!
