Policies & Rules

Arrival & departure

  • Check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
  • Visitors need to register and must leave by 10:00 PM.

Utilities

  • Keep the septic system functioning by not flushing non-biodegradable items.
  • Water is for personal use only; washing vehicles or RVs is prohibited.
  • The campground uses a septic system; specific guidelines must be followed to avoid issues.

Safety & rules

  • Dispose of non-biodegradable items in the trash.
  • Wearing helmets while riding is strongly encouraged.
  • Guests must acknowledge and agree to follow all campground rules.
  • Guests acknowledge the inherent risks involved in outdoor activities.
  • Guests voluntarily assume risks associated with their stay and activities.
  • Guests waive liability for injuries or damages except in cases of gross negligence.
  • Guests are responsible for their actions and those of their party.
  • Guests agree to indemnify the resort for claims arising from their actions.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Fireworks and explosives are not allowed on the premises.
  • Maintain a clean campsite and dispose of trash properly.
  • Swimming is at your own risk; there are no lifeguards on duty.
  • Wearing life jackets during water activities is strongly recommended.
  • Guests must pack out all trash and use dumpsters for disposal.
  • Trash and food waste must not be disposed of in fire pits.
  • Responsible drinking is permitted; however, public intoxication and disorderly conduct are prohibited.
  • The use of illegal substances is not allowed.
  • In case of emergencies, dial 911.
  • Not adhering to the rules may lead to removal from the campground without a refund.
  • Guests acknowledge and agree to all campground rules by staying at the resort.
  • Guests agree to the rules and release of liability by signing or completing a reservation.

Pets

  • Pets must be leashed unless in designated off-leash areas.
  • Guests must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.
  • Pets must not be left unattended and should not disturb others.
  • Pets are allowed but must adhere to specific guidelines.

Vehicles & parking

  • ATVs and UTVs must be used only on designated trails.
  • Adhere to local regulations and respect private property while riding.
  • Speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the campground.
  • One vehicle is included per reservation; extra vehicles are $10 per night.
  • Additional vehicles must be parked in specified areas.

Wildlife & food storage

  • Guests must respect the natural environment and clean up after themselves.

Fires & fuel

  • Fires are only allowed in designated fire pits and must be extinguished when leaving.

Site capacity

  • Each site allows either one RV or two tents.
