Take Highway 93 North from Salmon, ID for 3.5 miles. Turn left at the Lemhi County Fairgrounds and follow the signs for about 1 mile down the Diamond Creek Road. The site is on the right between the Diamond Creek Road and the Salmon River.
Morgan Bar Campground is accessed via Highway 93, which is approximately 3.5 miles south of the campground.

- The campground has first-come, first-served sites.
- Be bear aware; keep all food out of sight in approved containers or locked inside your vehicle and remove all food from area after eating.
- No electric, water, or sewer hookups at this campground.
- Livestock and firearms prohibited in campground.
