Loved this campground! Nice large sites, clean restrooms, friendly hosts. I also like having the concrete pad under the picnic table. Hadn't thought about this before, but I liked it.

What a lovely campground. The campsites were spacious and beautiful. We were right above the river looking at the Sawtooth Mountains. Stunning! The camp host were beyond welcoming. So kind, thoughtful and helpful. I think their names were Barbara and "Hubby". The vault toilets were very clean and didn't smell and there were lots of them. There was hardly anyone there the week after Memorial Day. We want to come back for sure. We camped in a 17 foot trailer. There was lovely shade and adequate solar. It was near Redfish Lake which is fun to drive to and see the cool lodge. A definite must do is to explore the Custer Ghost Town on Hwy 75 north of Stanley. Its a beautiful drive but 11 miles off the main highway. It was a somewhat rutted dirt road but worth it. Homemade ice cream awaits you at the saloon :-).
