Really nice, new RV park! The owners definitely are very invested in keeping the grounds (including dog park) and the laundry area top-notch. The spots are incredibly easy to pull through; we have a 45ft Class A. The communication between the site manager was also great - they were on top of our arrival, and were extremely responsive to any little question. Treat the place with respect, and you feel very welcome.

Very Nice RV Park. Perfect for our overnight stay before heading to Yellowstone. Our dogs loved the little fenced in park so they could sniff & run around to their hearts content! Nice laundry facilities & showers! Would stay there again!

Beautiful, friendly, clean & quiet. We spent 5 days & will return in the future. Great place to use as your home post & day trips to see the amazing beauty around here. Yellowstone, Grand tetons & Upper Mesa Falls.

We loved our stay at Sugar City RV Park. We came to Idaho from Arizona to attend my graduation from BYU-I. This was our first long-distance trip (more than six hours away) with our camper trailer, so I was already feeling a bit anxious. Even before our stay, though, our experience was stellar.
As we were driving through Utah, we experienced mechanical issues with our truck which caused delays in our arrival. We had planned to arrive by 2pm, but ended up being closer to 11pm. Lynell was extremely supportive and encouraging. She was understanding with our need for a late arrival and lowered my stress and anxiety with her kind nature and encouraging texts.
The park itself is also great! The sites are large and pull-through. Our site was lovely with a small little green area for sitting outside our camper. The park offers so many amenities. They have a little dog park, basketball courts, a covered ramada with picnic tables, a green area with a couple of fire pits, a dog wash area, and the cleanest laundry/bathroom/shower facilities I've ever seen at an RV park. Heck, they were cleaner than most hotels I've stayed in. There are rolling carts and folding tables in the lobby to make doing laundry even easier. We only needed to do one load of laundry while we were there, but the machines are super clean and the dryers dried the load super quickly. There's even some really cozy chairs and complimentary reading materials about Idaho in the lobby.
Things to note about the laundry facilities: You pay for both the washer and the dryer in one transaction via Venmo and the laundry soap is preloaded.
We loved our stay and none of us (me, my husband, or our twenty-two-year-old daughter) wanted to leave. It's located really close to Rexburg, but far enough away, that you can enjoy the fresh air and cute little magpies around the property. For jerky lovers, there is a wholesale jerky store just outside the entrance to the park. Sugar City RV Park is a great location to have as a home base while adventuring! We spent one day at the Grand Teton park in Wyoming (about 1hr 45min away) and another at Mesa Falls (about 45 min). Had Yellowstone been open, we would have gone there, too.
We will definitely stay here again when we come to Idaho for my husband's graduation.

Update:
We have now enjoyed multiple stays, and once again they have exceeded our expectations! The bathrooms/showers/laundry are clean and well kept. The dog park is still perfect. The hosts are exceptional - very friendly, and went above and beyond to help us with our stay, including extending it. They do a great job maintaining the site and taking excellent care of their guests.
Beautiful and quite camp site. The hosts take very good care of this place, and Lynell took the extra time to check with us and see how we were doing, very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms and showers are very nice and clean. Having the on site laundry came in handy. The dog park was perfect for our dogs, loved the nice grass and the good fence. This goes on our list to visit again. Highly recommended.
