if you like to walk thru mud THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!! You will have MUD caked on your feet, in your trailer, in your vehicle & if you are wanting a shower no worries there is mud waiting for you there too.

Campground itself was nice. Great access to the river. Since there are no dump stations at each site, you will need to request they put you on the list for their twice weekly clean-outs. Otherwise, the dump station is across the street by the farm house (see online map).

We are really enjoying our stay at Lundeen’s Landing. The campground is peaceful, well-kept, and surrounded by beautiful scenery—perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

We’ve noticed a nice mix of campers here, and everyone seems to enjoy the space in their own way. Some play music, some keep to themselves—and honestly, that’s part of the camping experience. As long as quiet hours are respected, we don’t see an issue with people listening to the music they like, regardless of the genre.

The restrooms have been clean and easy to find, and one thing we especially appreciate is the honey wagon service. Having them come right to your trailer to handle the dump takes a lot of stress off the trip and makes things super convenient.

Overall, it’s been a great experience, and we’d definitely come back again. If you’re looking for a laid-back place to camp with good vibes and helpful amenities, Lundeen’s Landing is worth checking out❤️

If you’re great with no frills, this place is for you. Nice level gravel site(24), great water pressure(water had an odor and tasted bad to us, maybe we are just used to our own well water though), electric worked perfectly. It was quiet at night and literally on the river. My boys caught a total of 16 carp from the river in just a few hours time. We will definitely return! We came up from far southern Illinois to visit our daughter and son in law. This is our new campground. It was great.
