Stopped here and met Ben. He was very nice and made sure everyone on the grounds were taken care of and having a good time. Service in the cafe was quick. There were a lot of cool things for sale in there. The catfish was great!

I’m traveling from Virginia to Colorado, and am a member of Harvest Host, an RV/Camping Club with host locations all across the country. I found Wildfire Ranch on their website. When I arrived the owner met me and gave me options as to where I would like to set up my RV. It’s May, early in the season, so I had choices. I suspect they’ll be full when word gets out about their beautiful camping facility and there may no longer be camper’s choice! Each camp site has water and electricity, with easy access, and all new service. There are pull through sites as well as a few back in sites, but there is plenty of room to make backing easy. This is a nice, level area as well. The view from any camper is a pond, with bank for fishing, gravel road that circles the pond for walking and driving, bringing you to the beautiful covered arena and cafe. There are barrel racing and other events held here. You can look up the schedule on their website or Facebook page. The owner told me he is ever grateful for the horse lovers who will drive from hours away to participate or watch an event lasting 15 seconds! There are horse stalls everywhere, with water hookups close to all of them, so they can facilitate large events with over 100 horses. Wildfire Ranch boards horses and had four happy horses visiting while I was there. There are sandboxes made from tractor tires and picnic tables near the horse trailer parking, and a putt-putt golfI course to keep kids busy. The cafe has a large variety of comfort foods from burgers to fried treats and ice cream! There is a very cute Western Store, though small, it carries a variety of souvenirs plus tack. I suspect the cafe and store will both grow into bigger buildings as this ranch continues to expand and meet the needs of so many different groups of visitors. I planned on a two night stay, but extended my stay to 4 nights in order to attend a concert and barn dance. The horse drawn buggy ride was what clinched the deal! This family run business is so clean, with manicured lawns, yet is so rustic and authentic at the same time, that I didn’t want to leave. You will love it here! Reserve your spot soon!

We overnighted here with our horses and it was wonderful. They have a little restaurant on site that they opened up for us. Had some soft serve ice cream that was wonderful! We are planning on overnighting here again.

We stayed here in my campervan on a week night when there wasn't much going on. Ben, the owner was super accommodating (and even offered to help me fix my water pump in my van) and friendly!
He took us on a wagon ride and let my 8 yo nephew drive the horses. There is a cute mini golf course we took advantage of. My nephew wants to go back when there is a rodeo.
It was a beautiful stay with clean bathrooms and felt very safe! Thank you again!
