I booked this cabin last minute after a bad experience elsewhere, and it served its purpose as a safe place to stay. However, guests should be aware that this is a very 'bare bones' operation.

Nearly everything here is pay-as-you-go, so make sure you’re prepared for extra costs beyond the initial booking fee. The cabin itself was overall comfortable, though I did encounter some ants inside during my stay.

Regarding the atmosphere: it is quite loud as the cabins are located very close to other busy campgrounds. If you are looking for total seclusion, this might not be the spot, but for a functional and comfortable place to crash, it works. Just bring your own supplies!

Recharge. If you were looking for a place to unplug, reporting, and relax...this is the perfect place. Any question you had about whether you could live in a tiny house will be answered after a weekend. But, somehow they have managed to skip no amenities in the cabin that puts this well above glamping but slightly below a St. Regis (grin). The service at this property is exceptional- always close enough to help but far enough away to let you feel that you are doing a getaway. The cabin was immaculately clean which must require a herculean effort considering the inside/ outside analysis. They even pre built the fire in my firepot!!! Great property!!!

I would give zero star if I could honestly. Manager Shay ruined my day!!! Got charged when I never stayed a single night. Me and my husband were going there for our anniversary, however was told there was no water due to the weather. The staff Heather was nice enough to offer us a refund. We “proceeded” with the refund, but got charged again for a tech issue on their end. It’s been almost a month, still only got one resolved. Finally, the manager Shay came in and told me they weren’t gonna refund me at all!! Then why would your staff offer it at the first place? What did I pay almost $200 for? If your team had a disagreement, as a customer, I shouldn’t be taking the consequences. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and need to pick a better manager than someone who implied that I’m taking advantage of them!!

This was one of my favorite experiences by far! We stayed in the cabin Chela. The cabin was cozy & very clean. Looks small, but roomy enough for 2 people! Service was great, it was easy to text for help, and had quick responses & great service from Shay! The cabin was stocked with 2 1L water bottles, instant oatmeal cups, hot chocolate, coffee, tea, and smores kits which were all replenished the following day as well. Cabins are spread out, and felt very private. The water in the shower gets HOT and stays hot for about 8 minutes or so (would definitely space out showers to allow tank to fully refill)! I was nervous after seeing a couple of reviews about bugs, but we stayed 2 nights and did not see a single bug. We visited in February during the week and pricing was low and affordable. Would 100% recommend for a getaway! Cant wait to visit again!

This place is gorgeous and very well equipped!
We had a wonderful stay. The cabin has everything you need for a weekend away from home, and the firewood/fire starters/lighters being included helped tremendously. It's clean and spacious enough for two, and the outdoor area with the campfire was great this time of year (Dec 2025). They constantly checked in with us and provided everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back in the near future!
