Condit's Ranch

Have been coming here 25 years + the owners are amazing, the grounds are beautiful with lots of ponds, one for swimming and others for fishing. Sites are good size (much bigger than some campgrounds we have been to). Golf carts are allowed for qualified drivers with insurance.

Love this campground. Full hook ups. Good price. Pet friendly. The fishing ponds are great. Allows golf carts. Owner and manager very friendly and helpful. Swimming beach and playground. Propane, firewood, bait, misc camping supplies, shower house, all on site.

A great place to stay with wonderful hospitality. There is no shortage of things to do. They have events and games, along with a playground, swimming pond, fishing ponds, hiking, campfires, etc… My 5 yr old loved exploring the grounds and catching fire flies at night. The owners and staff were always happy to assist with any questions to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The campgrounds are a short drive from Starved Rock State Park, which we visited multiple times.

We would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back!

Big rig–friendly campground with great amenities and space.
We stayed at Condit’s Ranch with a big rig/semi setup, and had no major issues getting in or parked. The roads are manageable for larger vehicles, and the site we had was spacious and fairly level, with full hookups that worked well. If you're traveling with a big setup, this campground is a solid choice.
The property itself is clean and well maintained. There’s plenty of open space, trees for shade, and it has a laid-back, family-friendly feel. The swimming lake was a nice bonus, especially for kids, and they offer fishing, a playground, and a small store onsite.

We will definitely return!

My family of four camped over memorial day weekend. We stayed in a rental camper that provided everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. My kids loved exploring the grounds that included multiple fishing ponds and a swimming pond with a beach. We enjoyed quiet time in nature walking the trails and then joined fellow campers playing bingo in the barn. My boys loved getting ice cream from the office store and I loved they had everything I had forgotten. The live band and food trucks throughout the weekend were great additions to relaxing and spending time as a family. Condits ranch provides a beautiful landscape to slow down, relax, and spend quality time with your family. We are looking forward to more memories being made here in the future.
