We were lucky to get a spot on a holiday weekend. We booked it with only viewing it in line. We had never stayed in that loop before. The access for our tow vehicle and fifth wheel was excellent. It was a full hookup site and was very clean when we arrived. We had a great stay!

Hosts were very welcoming. Gave good suggestions of sites and let me look at them before making selection. The campground was beautiful.

Campground needs renovations. Bike trails are WONDERFUL! We had a great site on a penninsula. We only have one NEGATIVE comment. Our RVing hobby is to fly little drones (no cameras involved) around in our campsite. A stout young ranger told us very abuptly and rudely that drones are not allowed. This encounter tainted our entire RV stay. Very unpleasant. We have never run into such a rude ranger. We understand NOW - we are rule folllowers - BUT HIS ATTITUDE LEAVES SO MUCH TO BE DESIRED!
