Rend Lake is our absolutely favorite area. Our site (100) was beautiful and was very near the water. There are always deer around, and sometimes turkeys. We love the 10 mi concrete bike path around the lake, and the fact that the towns of Benton and Marion are not that far away for grocery and other shopping. The Special K in Benton has an Amazon drop box hub if you need to have packages delivered. The bathrooms are the individual type that you can lock and have your own shower and toilet. This was our fourth trip to the Rend Lake area--we will definitely be back!

First time on spot #1 site was great, enjoyed ourselves, but got chewed up by turkey mites! Bug spray is a must!

Upgrades are so very nice! Able to see the lake with the tree trim and the sites are nice and paved with a great raised fire ring for easy clean up. Very enjoyable stay.

We stayed 10 nights on site 55. It's a full hook up, has lots of shade and is very level. We enjoy the bike trail at
rend Lake . They keep it clear of debris and well maintained. We've been riding it for many years now. We're happy they are extending the trail from Gun Creek to Wayne Fitzgerald campground.

It was a pleasant experience to stay at Rend Lake. Very quite at times, the campgrounds was very clean and well maintained. We were in a tent camping. And the prices made it very affordable. Thank you for a great stay
