was very clean and felt very safe due to a constant presence of either host guest driving thru or police or wildlife. We felt very safe and everyone around us was very friendly. The grounds was always clean and upkept a little to much on the wood part though, they don't leave much wood lying around for their guest to use for kindling. But over all was very pleased with the stay. will definitely be booking more trips.

The sites were large, the playground was neat and clean, the bike trail was great, the beach was clean and maintained. The only complaint I have is there was no soap in the bathrooms.
