bathrooms were awsome, hosts were awesome, sites were great, only gripe i had was the millions of ants all over you, the tables and everywhere conceivable. They didnt bite but you couldnt sit down without them running up your leg and discovering them in places you dont want bugs.

We like it for the bike trail. It has partial or full hook ups. Well maintained and friendly camp hosts

The first sight was very unlevel so I asked to be moved and the gatehouse person was very helpful.

This was my first time camping around rend lake. So happy we ended up at south Sandusky! The camp site was easy to access had plenty of space! Was close enough to our friends but still far enough away from other spots. The shower house and rest rooms where centrally located. And probably some of the nicest and cleanest I've ever used! Can't wait to go back! The park rangers and staff where very nice and helpful we had some issues with our camper and they helped us and we found a wasp nest close to our camp they helped us take care of it so our kids didn't get stung. It was just over all a great place and great environment!
