Our site #200 was spacious, level and clean. Near the bath house we didn't use.
Loved the bike trail. Didn’t find any places to eat along the way.

Campsite was nice had what we needed full hookup. Didn’t have neighbors either side of us. We camped Monday to Friday very peaceful. Well maintained campgrounds. We will go back again. Not to far from STL. The towns of Sesser and Christopher has what you need for short road trips. Across the bridge in Benton is Walmart and other stores. We had great weather except Tuesday rained all day on Cinco De Mayo went to a Mexican restaurant in Christopher it was good.

We've camped here several times and always enjoyed it. The grounds are well kept, sites are good size with abundant shade. The individual bathrooms are so nice and also clean. We especially enjoy the paved bike trail that connects 3 campgrounds and has many access points to the lake. The bike trail is about 20 miles long. There is a kayak rental just a couple miles away and they will deliver to the lake if you need.
