Large, shaded site with plenty of grass and a lake view.... I wish I had a summer home exactly where we parked the camper. This park is a true gem.

This COE park. is a stark difference compared to most COE parks. There are several loops and each loop has a bit different feel (qty of grass, site spacing, nearby trees, shade etc). One thing to be aware of is the sites that have water or just electric. I was in Site 13 (only open site at the time). Spacious, lots of turf grass, concrete pad. HOWEVER the turn around for 13-20 is very small diameter and I ended up backing into my site (40' fifth wheel + long bed truck) from the main road to avoid making the tight turnaround.
Fuel was available in the nearby town. Also very limited signage on the road, I passed it by the first time and had to turn around and come back. Will come back.

I love camping at BoWoods. I appreciate whoever is cleaning the bathrooms . I do wish the camping check out was earlier than 4:00 pm. Is there anyway it could be made at 1:00pm?

Great sights! Well taken care of. The bathrooms aren't that great and not clean at all, but I would imagine they just need a new cleaning vender.
