Excellent camping experience. Sites are clean, excessable, and provide electricity.
Being able to book canoing, kayaking, or tubing on-site is also a big plus.
With easy access to the state park, booking at this campground is a no brainer.

Decent enough spots, though very crowded. You will feel on top of your neighbors. Lots of space with no shade and it can get hot, so be prepared and bring shade depending on where your site is. Can get very muddy. People who run this place are a little rude and inconsistent, especially pertaining to their floats. Pros: proximity to Turkey Run State Park, activities during holidays.

We booked on a last minute whim. They got us signed up, loaded up and floating. The ladies were very helpful and the young men loading and unloading us were great! Bathrooms were clean at the campground.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My stay here was absolutely fantastic!!!
Me and my husband wanted to take our grandchildren on a little outdoor adventure for the weekend, and Turkey Run Canoe & Camping turned out to be the perfect spot!

The campground itself was clean, well-maintained, and a wonderful escape from the noise of life. Plenty of room for the kids to run around and explore while still leaving us time to relax and enjoy the nature. The campsite itself had everything we could have asked for and had access to new, clean restrooms and showers.

We got canoes for the day and the experience on the creek couldn't have been better. The girls working were so friendly and helpful, they made sure that we had everything we could have needed. We even got to show the kids our favorite candies from when we were kids! Thank you Rita, Linda, Amanda and Tina, y'all truly made it worth coming!!

The grandkids said it was their favorite trip we've ever gone on, but the best part was that it didn't break the bank! We'll definitely be coming back next year. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing and family friendly escape!

Proximity to Turkey Run State Park and Sugar Creek Outfitters was the reason for our stay here. Canoeing and tubing was unavailable here at the time - I believe we missed their season. We knew that ahead of time and booked down the road. The sites our group stayed in were fine; sizes and level varied. Power boxes, at least in our sites, were a bit oddly situated and made using extensions necessary.

Grounds were mowed and well kept, and navigating around it was simple enough. Single dump station was fine. Can't comment on bathroom/shower facilities because we used our own. Would stay here again if a group necessitated it, but would look elsewhere otherwise.

The biggest drawback for me was, in my opinion & experience with years of camping, the over the top fee structure. $10 per adult over 2, fee for pets, fee for filling water tanks - and the craziest - an additional fee if you want to guarantee the actual site you choose during the reservation process. Perhaps also a bit petty on my end, but why do I need to stop in and fill out all my information a second time when I already did so when I paid for the reservation ahead of time?
