Lake Monroe Village

Totally enjoyed our stay at the RV park. Concrete slab, picnic table and fire ring. Very nice. Pool was great!! Dog park was perfect for our dog . Everyone was respectful picking up after their dog. The store was well stocked, great variety of food and other items. The only little issue, was the price to rent a golf cart was high. However that didn’t affect our stay. Definitely going back.

Stayed in tiny home-- fun place with everything you need. Pool, dog park and plenty of room for kids to play. Beautiful walk to the lake....it is downhill, so be prepared for steep walk back up.

Stayed here during our daughter’s graduation. Worst experience we have ever had with a campground. I will never stay again or recommend this place to anyone ever. It’s dirty, unmowed and there is trash everywhere. But the real problem is very poor customer service. They evidently cut a campsite in two but left only one water hookup. So we came back to our camper at 10 at night to find the other campers showed up and took the water for themselves. No one answers for customer service and the on site manager refused to come the door of her camper to help us. Her husband literally answered the door and said she was not going to help us. If it weren’t for really nice year round campers coming to our aid, we wouldn’t have had water for the rest of our stay. When this was all brought to the attention of the attendant in the morning, they could have cared less. Horrible place to stay.

I reserved a spot for my return RV trip. Upon my arrival, I set up only to discover that the WiFi was inoperative. They subsequently relocated me to a different site, which did provide WiFi, but unfortunately lacked water access. I was compelled to wash my dishes in the bathroom. Furthermore, the site was under construction, and given that this was the most expensive RV park, I found this quite disappointing. However, I would like to note that the bathrooms and showers were exceptionally clean and well-maintained.

Campground was fabulous! All the amenities including playground, dog park, gazebo, and screened in shelter areas. Bathrooms were immaculate! Sites were level with water, electric and sewer hook ups well-thought-out Front Desk Staff were friendly and super helpful and accommodating. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this campground!
