Our camp host was excellent and our site was great, big spaces with good screening of trees and it was usually quiet

Only complaint is why does the reservation have 2 vehicles, but they make you pay for daily pass for second vehicle?

Overall a nice Campground. Our site was pretty short, barely enough room for our 34' 5th wheel and truck. They were spacious regarding area of campsite. We were at #201. No water at site, but spigot was right next to us. Very wooded with some old growth scattered through the younger trees, nice forest!
We rode our bikes on the road in the campground the boat ramp is at the end of a very steep incline. Not recommended for traversing on a bike! We met a local who showed us that Geodes could be found laying on top of the ground. It is illegal to remove them, but fun to hunt for them. There was a lot of loud music and yelling/screaming children when we first arrived, but eventually the music was turned down and well, kids are kids. Overall it was an uneventful stay for us, probably would not stay again. Nothing necessarily negative but too "deep woods" for us. We camped at Hoosier National Forest, Hardin Ridge Recreation Area in a Fifth Wheel.

I stayed at site #49. Nice site shower house is right across the street. Had a great time. Also, I want to give a special shout out to your security guards. PHENOMENAL service. Extremely helpful and kind. Thank you so much for the warmth and courtesy.

I booked an overnighter on the Pine Loop at Hardin Ridge to break up our trip through Indiana. The campground exceeded expectations and we will definitely be returning in the future for a longer stay. Very clean facilities including bathrooms and showers. Friendly staff. Nice lake access.

We really enjoy camping at Hardin Ridge. The sites are very wooded in general as well as clean and many are secluded. The facilities are nice and accessible. There are lots of trails with creeks, caves, and beaches. We have been going during the week and there are not a lot of other people around.
