I had a wonderful time camping at Hardin Ridge. The sites and campground were very clean and accessible. Showers were clean and functioning as well. Beautiful views and hikes in the Hoosier National Forest. Will be back!

The staff at Hardin Ridge are top tier! My campsite was also exceptional and the bathrooms are plentiful through the campground and are kept immaculately clean! I will make Hardin Ridge a regular destination and so glad I found this gem!

Hardin Ridge is Southern Indiana’s best kept secret! Hardin Ridge is the best maintained and has the best campsites and restroom/shower facilities I have ever experienced. This place is especially ideal for those wanting to get away from the day to day hustle and grind of the city and find true relaxation in a cot or hammock experiencing soothing sound of nature amid thousands of trees. It is a National Forest after all! 90 foot trees surround spacious and exceedingly well maintained campsites! And yes, there is a boat launch within the park which borders Lake Monroe!

Great quiet campground. Stayed on the southern point loop with no hook ups. Very quiet. Hosts were extremely courteous and helpful and always asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. The shower houses were relatively new and clean. Pit toilets were plentiful and as clean as they could be. The kids loved it. Would stay again.

We've been here before for day use, but first time camping. This is my favorite kind of campground--public land, wooded, quiet, nice facilities, and a variety of campsites with different amenities. 164 was great--secluded but close to the bathhouse. The bathhouse/restrooms were spotlessly clean. Lake access was closed (most of Lake Monroe access points have been closed this whole summer), but some nice trails to walk around. Campground hosts were super nice and welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. This was our first trip in the vintage camper trailer I've spent years rebuilding (so a lot of excitement leading up!) and it was perfect and did not disappoint. We will definitely return.

The campground was beautiful, quiet and extremely well maintained. Our campground hosts, especially Keith and his wife and Randy and Sherry were so kind, and the bathhouse was the cleanest we have ever seen at a campground. We can't say enough about this hidden gem. It was a wonderful stay, 5 out of 5.

Super spacious campground with no campsite directly across from it. Hosts were very helpful and the bathrooms were very clean. We will be coming back to this exact location again!
