What Guests Are Saying

Grandpa's Farm RV Park offers a clean, family-friendly environment with well-planned activities for all ages, including games and themed events. Many guests appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and friendly management, noting the cleanliness of facilities like bathrooms and the heated pool. However, some reviews highlighted issues with management's strictness and rudeness, particularly regarding rules enforcement and guest treatment, which detracted from certain visitors' experiences.

This park came highly recommended by family, and we’re so glad we stayed here during the fall with our RV. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. The fall season made for a peaceful stay, and it was a great time of year to enjoy RV camping.

One of the highlights of our visit was how friendly both the staff and fellow RV campers were. The staff was helpful and approachable, and the other RVers added to the warm, community feel of the campground. It made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable throughout our visit. The park provided a great setting for a relaxing RV trip, and we’re glad we followed our family’s recommendation. We’re already looking forward to coming back and plan to stay longer next time.

We spent the weekend at grandpas farm campground. It’s a safe environment and clean at each site. The bathrooms/showers are clean and actually smell good. My kiddos had fun doing activities that the management couple put together from bingo to ceramic paint and even a movie night. They have a game room full of fun games like carpet ball and ping pong. The pool is clean and Heated which was nice on a cool weekend.
The new management couple were so kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!!!

My husband and I have camped many many years. This is the first time we have ever experienced such unnecessary strictness. Constant reprimands. On the 4th our son and his family were walking to the pool and came up to a pledge service by the pool and they stopped in respect.
The manager, after stating his speech stopped and reprimanded our teenage granddaughter because she had a swim top and shorts on and was very upset in front of everyone there for this ceremony. He wanted a t-shirt. We were threatened to be blacklisted from all area campgrounds. F word was being used.

Rules state appropriate attire. An appropriate swim top and shorts are appropriate for a walk to pool. It absolutely ruined our day and the rest of our stay.
There were other campers there who were very upset on our behalf. There are good campers there.

There was an apology stating being tired and overworked but that he handled it the way he needed to.

Our family will never go back and I would definitely look very hard before staying here.

Awfull management and location. For somebody that says they want a properly ran family business they sure are lying. Management was rude and cussed us out as soon as we pulled in the parking drive. We were the only tent campers there and they placed us at the very far end of the the property away from everyone else when we were told this location was tent friendly (which isn't a complaint it was quiet nice) but we were treated as outsiders by both parties of management. All we wanted was a place to sleep and our first trip to Indiana was brought down by this experience. We followed all rules and expectations but was still belittled by management. We were circled by management on golf carts at all hours of the night keeping us and our puppy awake. At the very end of our stay we packed everything up and had an extra bundle of wood we didnt burn and we asked if we could return it we were told no and we got told to "look for a menards because thats where it came from" even though this bundle was unopened and we explained to management we cannot cross Statelines with bundles of wood due to legality reasons and she basically told us "O well you payed for it now its your problem". If this is the only campground in the state of Indiana to stay at then we will never return to this state again. They complained about last year's management then they need to look at themselves now
