Great COE park. No sewer hookups, but clean showers and restrooms. Lots to see within an hour of park.

Very clean, quiet and well maintained campground. The bathhouses we close and very clean. We had dinner at Jethro’s BBQ in Johnston one evening (highly recommend).
We will definitely be back!

I'm not one to write a review but I believe this needs to be written.
We were not aware that campsites were being reserved by social workers for the homeless population until informed by "our neighbors" a woman and her adult son who unfortunately were homeless, they told us their site was picked out by their social worker, a site they would not have chosen being as it was too sunny.
Well, hopefully the people we met and others in the same situation can turn things around for themselves.
The most relevant reason for the low rating was the lack of respect for others by the noisy, foul-mouthed campers who raced around on their motor scooters day and night.
Where were the camp hosts - don't have a clue?

Really nice large lots! Peaceful and smaller than many camping areas which I really liked! Nice little pond we caught some fish out of too!
