Did not have an option for a refund. The area is great. But not being able to get a $50 refund for something we didn't use was poor customer service. Tried to even switch to an area for camping without even having a reservation as to where, without a care of where we could trade for. No callback. While the area is great, the customer service is something else quite the opposite. Called ahead to cancel and got nowhere, received no call back.

This shelter was very clean when we arrived. The view was outstanding as well as the breeze off the lake. The only downside was the distance to the restrooms. We had several elderly family members.
