We like the quiet except for the trains but the water traffic is great. Love to see the barges on the river.

Clark's Ferry is a well-maintained campground with clean facilities and beautiful views of the Mississippi River, making it a pleasant destination for camping and boating. The hosts are friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming atmosphere, while the campground offers ample shade and spacious sites. However, the proximity to railroad tracks results in frequent train noise, which may be disruptive for some visitors.

We were able to spend some time with our daughter and family watching the barges on the river. Host and rangers are always great people to interact with. Beautiful weather, clean spacious sites, and a wonderful camp fire------what more can you ask for!!!!!!
