Nice quiet campground, with very level clean sites...well maintained. Would be nice to have water at the sites, but it is available close by, so not really an issue. We stayed here 2 years ago on our way to and from Montana, and decided we would stay here again while we took time to visit Pella and Madison County bridges and the John Wayne Museum.
If you have time to visit the Tulip Time festival in early May, you should so so and camp here.

Very nice location. Campsites were as described on the web site. Infrastructure could use updating. Add some longer sites for larger RVs and trailers, update to 50 amp electric service.

rained while we were there but that's part of it. nice quiet campground, had good view of lake. spots spaced out good. suggest moving fire rings closer to table area and up dating to 50amp. would go back again.

We were there the Thursday and Friday of the Pella tulip festival. The sites are very wide and easy to back into. The view of the lake was a great! We enjoyed this park tremendously and hope to stay there again.
