It was a pleasure to meet the camp host, he welcomed us to the park and made sure we were comfortable in our camping slot. He showed us how clean the area was and asked that we help in keeping the grounds clean by not littering. We plan to return to Cherryvale for more relaxing time at the park.

The area was quiet and restful with working utilities at each campsite. I can easily understand why so many families have reunions here. Group areas, a beach area, playgrounds, and a wonderful outdoor Sunday morning service make this a great place to get away.

Cherryvale Park is always very well kept. Sadly, something has changed as ATT cell coverage is almost non existent now :(. Also there is a large amount of dead trees that need to be removed. There has been an unbelievable amount of dead trees already taken down which is changing many of the lots from shady to sunny.

Nice camping except we happened to choice one of the hottest weeks I think! Clean and well maintained. A lot of dead trees have been removed with others that probably should be removed. Still very nice place to camp.

It was very hot when we arrived (100+). The previous occupant was having trouble with both his truck and camper and could not pull out. The host lead us to another campsite quickly so we could get the air conditioning going. We were very grateful for his quick thinking and kindness.

We were very disappointed with Cherryvale this trip as it is severely in need of clean up and repair! Our site was completely overgrown with weeds and needed gravel badly! The step off from the pad was about 6 inches which posed a fall risk! We were told that the maintenance crew was very uncooperative and unwilling to help take care of the park. This was our last visit to this park!

Very quiet and peaceful! Campsites were clean and spaced far enough apart from each other it felt somewhat private. Site #2 was easy to back into. Power and water worked great the entire time we were there. Would come again!

No showers in our loop. Some signs were missing. Couldn't see lake from our site. Alot of dead trees in our loop. Alot of bag worms in the trees.
