The process of making reservations was very easy. A photo of the site helped us choose this site. It was our first time out with our travel trailer so we wanted an easy site to park it. The showers were nearby and were clean and very nice. There was a playground for our granddaughter to play on. Very nice shady spot with a beautiful view of the lake.

We were in site 35 for 9 nights. We had an awesome view of the lake/sunsets/beach. The bathrooms & showers were clean. It was perfect for our family!

We had a beautiful 1 night stay in 024 on Aug. 16, 2022. The weather was perfect (slept with windows open). The site was clean and very well maintained. The blacktop surface sloped at a perfect angle to back in our class B Coachmen Beyond and leveling without any adjustments. Someone was kind enough to leave firewood in our fire ring and we enjoyed the fire until way past 10 PM. This is a beautiful park within 3 hours of home and we will return soon. A real plus in the immediate area was dinner at Hays House 1857 in Council Grove.
