Yall use a call center for guest info cause I spoke with a nice Indian man that had no idea where the dump station was
Most amenities are closed during the week. Wifi just isnt there. Paid for a full hookup, expected sewer service but the white capped pipe where a sewer service should be seems glued on. I referenced the map left for me at the office which is JUST a map, to find if they had a dump station and when I walked to said dump station, I saw on a capped white pipe "not for use for sewer".......
The showers and laundry need better ventilation. It was like an oven in each place.
All these ppl here with porches and they dont have a swear service? At least the koa can offer that.

We pulled in after an 8-hour drive with our two toddlers, excited for a decent stop in our 43-foot Keystone Raptor fifth wheel. What we found was unacceptable.

The assigned site already had vehicles parked in it. After waking up neighbors and getting one truck moved, another vehicle was still blocking us. Once we finally squeezed in, the poorly drained, unprepared ground let our heavy RV sink over a foot into the soft soil. The space was so tight our slides wouldn’t open completely, and the jacks had no chance of keeping us flat and level. The entire area was jammed with people packed way too densely for any sense of comfort or safety—especially with young kids.

My wife made the reservation. Had I seen the reality beforehand, we never would have booked.

As a retired contractor and real estate investor who’s worked on plenty of properties and understands basic site preparation, this was a clear failure on fundamentals. No proper drainage, no adequate space for larger rigs, and zero regard for the customer experience.

We won’t be back, and I strongly recommend other RVers—especially families with bigger rigs—look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and the disappointment. There are better options out there that actually deliver what they advertise.

Such a great experience we will be back for a week 4th of July! Our new go to for our kids to have a great time.

Stayed over Memorial Day holiday they had alot of activities for the holiday. Food from the kitchen and the ice cream are amazing. Staff personal are friendly and the bathrooms were kept very clean. The residents who live there are friendly. I stay here several times a year and love coming to this park heck I even have my favorite spot. Thanks to everyone at spring lake for making my stay relaxing

We were looking for a water side space and chose one based on where we wanted to wake up and the view we wanted to enjoy.

Our reservation was changed without notice to a site that wasn't what we wanted (decided not to extend a second day due to the change).

Off-season... Facilities were clean. Overall site was nicely laid out. Cute ponds but they attract lots of geese so watch out for what they leave behind
