What Guests Are Saying
Curtis Creek is a beautiful and peaceful campground, known for its stunning lake views and friendly camp hosts. Facilities are generally clean and well-maintained, although some bathrooms are outdated and lack hot water. While there are minor issues, such as limited power options and occasional boat congestion at the beach, visitors appreciate the overall experience and recommend it as a great camping destination.

The staff here are wonderful and knowledgeable about the fish. We enjoyed watching great blue herons, bald eagles, loons, cardinals and a Baltimore oriole. The grounds are well kept, and staff checked in with us and other campers during the tornado watch. Highly recommend!

Campground was quiet. The week before Memorial Day was probably the reason.

Excellent place to camp over traveling on I 70 in May. I am not sure how busy the campground gets in later months of summer, I have camped there in May different times over the last few years. Fishing is good for catfish from the campground when I stayed a few days. There are campsites I discovered blocked from the wind but still accessible to the lake. The campground is one of those gems that maybe I shouldn't recommend because I like the availability I have had in my visits, but others really need to know about this beautiful lake and campground!
