Cottonwood Point is praised for its beautiful, clean campsites and scenic views by the lake, making it a great spot for water sports and relaxation. Many visitors appreciate the spacious sites, well-maintained facilities, and friendly atmosphere, with some returning frequently for the calming experience. However, concerns about infrequent mowing, maintenance issues, and limited restroom access have been noted, suggesting areas for improvement.

The site host are very nice. If you are lucky to get walk ups with total hook ups water, sewer and electricity it’s nice. Whole place is nice

We do not own a boat, but looked like a great place to camp and bring your boat to go onto the lake. I would recommend the lake also for fishing.

We had a great time. Family came out and had a great time.
The campsite was clean and quite at night.
It was very windy so we were not able to fish, but had a great time anyway.

Only place we like to camp! So clean well maintained, staff are great and safe when you see security or sheriffs going by often.
