No longer have a camp host so you have no one available for questions or help when something goes wrong. We lost water on 2 days while camping. The second day was a planned outage but they offered no heads up so we could put water on board. Need to have on-site help or at least a number that is answered.

The sites were well maintained. I was grateful our electric outlet was within 50 feet of our food prep area. (Some are not that close.) I was also glad that our food prep stand was under the pavilion. (Some are not.) We enjoyed the beautiful weather, the trees, the reservoir, walking around the loops, enjoying a campfire and being close to clean restroom and shower facilities. Definitely coming back here!

We really enjoyed our stay. 2 complaints: where we parked our camper it was very rocky right outside our door. Also the website of recreation.org isn't very user friendly.

Site 101 is large long pull through. The sites in this loop are well spaced. 101 was extremely unlevel and it was a struggle to achieve level. Too unlevel for our Anderson levelers. Surface is gravel. Utilities work well. Covered picnic table on concrete patio is so very nice. Shower house seemed well maintained though we didn't use it. Grass could have been a bit shorter. We love this campground but really miss gate house workers and camp hosts. I had a question that needed an answer before we headed to the park but no one answers a phone, it seems, so we just hoped for the best. Park rangers drove through periodically. Nice quiet place to camp even when there are many folks camping. Customer service is declining some, though, with no gate house workers or camp hosts.
