Overall a great campground with clean restrooms and shower facilities! It was a little hard to find a map of the entire area and where everything is located. We did the trail, it was a nice but the sign is missing at the beginning of the trail, we just had to stumble into it. The site that we had was great and the view of the lake very nice. We loved the little shelter, grill, picnic table, etc. that was provided at each site. We tent camped so it was really nice to have this space.

Beautiful and peaceful! We loved the view of the lake! Full hook-ups for water, sewer and electric are a definite plus!

We have not been to Marion Lake for a few years. We had a wonderful campsite and the weather was very good. Sadly the lake is down a few feet, but that did not affect our time. Lots of good walking and hiking.

I was there from the 3rd to the 9th of April,2024 at site 29. Before I could set up my tent,I had to pick up trash, clean out the fire pit and the BBQ grill. The web site said the restrooms and showers would be open April 1st,they were not. I had to call the main office on the 4th and the restrooms were open by the 5th,still.no showers when I left on the 9th. I honestly believe getting rid of the gate attendants and assistants was a big mistake,I doubt I will be back unless.changes are made.

Was told bathroom and showers opened april 1st. Got there on the fourth nothing was opened. The next day i found a volunteer and she went to the office they opened the bathrooms on the other side of the lake but not the one across from our campsite. We picked that campsite because i am disabled and can not be far from a bathroom.
