We love going to Cottonwood Point Campground when ever we are passing through Kansas. The sites are so large and most have full hookups. Easy bike riding and walking. The little town of Marion has an ACE Hardware and a decent grocery store.

We very much enjoyed our visit to Cottonwood Point on Marion Reservoir. Fantastic morning and evening views of the lake, very friendly hosts and guests. The only thing that keeps me from a five star rating is the fire ring and BBQ grill had not been cleaned in a very long time. We camped at the same site in July of this year and prior to leaving we cleaned the grill and fire ring, so it was a bit disappointing to find them full.
