Our camp site was clean and we had a beautiful view of the lake. I like how the sits have easy access to the water. Bathrooms were clean and always had toilet paper.

Our campsite was mowed & had plenty of shade with a playground right across the street for the grandkids.

Love the water and scenic views from Cottonwood Point. Water, sewer and electric is wonderful. Kayak access to water would be a nice addition.

Water meter was leaking. Was a swamp and had been leaking for a long time. Shower house shower still out of order after 3 years. Rarely mowed. Just very shabby than how it used to be kept pre covid. You have such a beautiful facility and its slowly falling apart because nothing is being taken care of.
