What Guests Are Saying
Hillsboro Cove is a well-maintained campground with spacious, clean sites, many of which offer beautiful waterfront views. Visitors appreciate the proximity to the beach area and the availability of amenities like clean restrooms and picnic tables. However, there are some concerns regarding maintenance, including issues with power, hot water in showers, and the condition of the entry road, which detracts from the overall experience for some guests.

This was our 2nd year of camping there during the Hillsboro Craft Fair. It was nice to see the lake levels higher this time. Campground clean and quiet.

Even though it was inundated earlier this year, it needs some badly needed updating. Very few 50 amp electrical hookups ect.

Although, we were there when it was pretty much empty due to cold weather. The people running it were super friendly and helpful! It was very clean. The shower house was cold so that could be improved on but it was clean. Loved that the water was constant on while you showered instead of having to keep pushing a button in to get water. Would definitely love to visit again in warmer weather!

We really enjoy camping at Hillsboro Cove, and occasionally at Cottonwood also, the registration workers are very nice and friendly, just like the area. Would also like maybe being a volunteer to help keep it the property clean. Thank you
